For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.   Financing options are available through Care Credit, but this must be arranged prior to the actual procedure.   We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Filing an insurance claim can be confusing and exhaustive.  We are here to help, and always do our best to make the process easy and painless by filing on your behalf.  We provide the insurance company with all the information they need to give you the most coverage that is appropriate for your specific case.  Following submission to your insurance, we will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

If we participate with your Insurance Company, the copays given to you are an estimate only.  If additional procedures are performed, your copay may increase and will be due at time of service.     If we do not participate with your Insurance Company, full payment is expected at time of service but we will be glad to file your claim for you so that you can get reimbursed.
